Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we get it. Here's exactly how cancellations work before your order ships.
Order Cancellation Window (within 1 hour)
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not already been packed or dispatched. To cancel, contact us at tanjofoods@gmail.com or call +91 95001 61963, or use the cancel option in your account. Because we prepare and pack homemade items in small batches, the cancellation window helps us stop an order before it enters preparation.
Refund After Cancellation
If your cancellation request is accepted, a full refund — including any shipping charge paid — is issued to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched (an India Post consignment number has been issued), it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the order or there is an issue on arrival, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for post-delivery options.
Cancellation by Us (Seller Cancellation)
In certain situations, we may need to cancel an order after it is placed — for example, if:
If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
