Order Cancellation

✓Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at tanjofoods@gmail.com or calling +91 95001 61963.
✓Orders that have already been dispatched (once an India Post consignment number has been issued) cannot be cancelled.
✓Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Tamil Nadu3–5 business days
Metro cities Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad5–7 business days
Rest of India7–10 business days

Carrier & Tracking

All orders are shipped via India Post — Speed Post or Registered Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a consignment (tracking) number to track your shipment. You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
